Over the last few months the Hedland Collective has been quietly working away in the background on projects that matter to the Hedland community.

We have been working closely with our child care providers and other key stakeholders around Hedland to come up with a strategy to address the urgent need for more child care places in the town to support people who want to get back into work.

The Hedland Collective has also been working with the Hedland Senior High School on its school-based traineeships offerings for year 11 students in 2020. So, stay tuned to our blog for the latest news on what we are doing in Hedland right now.

In the coming months the Hedland Collective is keen to make an even bigger impact in the Hedland community; but we need your help!

There is so much skill and talent emerging from individuals, programs and organisations in our town working toward making Hedland a great place to live. The Hedland Collective is keen to connect with like-minded people to share ideas and to work together collectively in making Port Hedland an even greater place to live, work and play. So please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Over the next few months, we will share our projects and activities, our emerging short and long-term plans, and how you can get involved. If you would like a notification when we post something new, register your email in the form below and we’ll be in touch.
