Reflecting on a busy year

The Hedland Collective (the Collective) hosted a sundowner last week at the Town of Port Hedland council chambers to thank everyone  who has been actively involved with the Collective in 2019.

It was a great event, which included drinks and nibbles, small thank-you gifts as well as a short speech by Collective steering committee member Chris Cottier to acknowledge everyone’s efforts this year.

The Collective  appreciates the continued involvement of community members, organisations and businesses as it is critical to the Collective’s ability to work effectively and make a positive impact on the Hedland community.

This year has been a busy one, full of reflection, reassessment and a fresh approach for the Collective.

The Collective is keen to build on its achievements in 2020 by increasing its member base and progressing results in its current initiatives, including school-based training, child care and community safety.
